    Jeff is incompetent. We scheduled to meet to look at apartments at 11am on a Saturday. We called him at 10:45 to let him know we were a few minutes late. That was when he told us that he couldn't meet until 3pm. Of course we were all ready on our way and it was a major inconvenience. He did not apologize, he blamed it on the owner of the apartment, and he didn't ask what time would be best to reschedule. After explaining our frustration he hung up the phone. His social skills are poor and he has no integrity.

  • Review of "Dorrit Emerich - State Farm Insurance Agent" at Coopersburg

    I have had State Farm Insurance (Auto, Home and Umbrella) through Dorrit Emerich for at least 20 years now and maybe more. Originally I purchased the insurance because Dorrit was a friend who was looking for insurance business. Since then I have never considered switching. While I could probably find insurance for a slightly cheaper premium, the reason I have stayed a customer is the outstanding service from both Dorrit’s office and State Farm. We have 5 children (mostly boys) and although I hate to admit it, we have used the auto insurance many times. Each time State Farm has paid the claim timely without any hassle. Any time I call Dorrit’s office her staff is friendly and easy to deal with no matter what my question. I highly recommend the Dorrit Emerich Agency and am happy to write this review.
