- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Jeff is incompetent. We scheduled to meet to look at apartments at 11am on a Saturday. We called him at 10:45 to let him know we were a few minutes late. That was when he told us that he couldn't meet until 3pm. Of course we were all ready on our way and it was a major inconvenience. He did not apologize, he blamed it on the owner of the apartment, and he didn't ask what time would be best to reschedule. After explaining our frustration he hung up the phone.
